Absolutely LOVE this dealership. Always available and even enthusiastic to service my BMW and my Triumph. I have other bikes that unfortunately have to go to their respective dealerships for service because of warranties, but I'd much rather bring them here. And I will when the warranties on my other 5 bikes expire. Prices for service are surprisingly reasonable, staff that you can tell genuinely cares. I really feel lucky to have this dealership available to me in sarasota. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
I purchased a 2021 Honda CBR600RR. Overall the service and sales process was white glove. It started a few days before the purchase when I reached out via phone to ensure the motorcycle was still available, and has a few questions about what all Brands for gear they carry in-stock.
I spoke with Steve for about 20 minutes. He was asking me questions about how I intended to ride and provided me insight on what gear he would recommend for my style and use.
When I arrived to complete the purchase a few days later the same service was extended in-person, walking me through all the features of the motorcycle. I had cash in hand to purchase so the paperwork process was quick and painless. They due offer 10% off all gear/equipment for the next 6-months after purchasing with them which is great too. This family owned business made my purchase super easy, friendly, and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to them and would recommend anyone to work with their team. A+.

Purchased a used bike from this shop, all nice folks. That being said, the bike I purchased luckily was for a project. This bike had a lot of issues, had this bike been sold to a novice, someone could have been hurt very badly. The biggest issues were the oil leaks, the left hand grip wasn’t glued down it just slid off and the handle bars had a nice vibration because the front forks were uneven. As I stated before luckily it was a project bike and I tore it down and corrected all the issues I could find. I’m no professional rider and I’m not a novice. Just be careful when you buy a used bike.
Very nice people and were willing to help with any questions. They didn't make me feel dumb when I asked questions and when they had to teach me things about the bike. I appreciated them not pushing me to buy something and letting me test drive the bike. Definitely would recommend.

Hands down the most incredible purchasing experience i have ever had. The Haps team is a class above any other retailer or dealership. As the other reviews say the family atmosphere is first and foremost at every single point in the shopping process from online inquiries to in person showings.
